Cancellation Policy:
24 hours notice of cancellation is required or a 100% charge will be made. Deposits are non-refundable unless 24 hours notice is given of cancellation. To confirm group bookings, long bookings or technical work services a deposit or credit/debit card number will be requested. Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any Wahanda or Promotional/Gift vouchers will be invalidated for no shows on scheduled appointments or when less than 24 hours notice for cancellation or re-scheduling is provided.
